Stetson Europe will pay for return flights for two to Dusseldorf from one of the above-mentioned airports as well as the transfers to and from Essen City, two nights in a double room in the category "Superior" in a centrally located hotel including breakfast, a guided tour at the Zollverein UNESCO world heritage site and a visit to the Red Dot Design Museum. Also included are two dinners, one at "Die Kokerei" and one at "Casino", with any non-alcoholic beverages, and two Stetson items of the winner's choice (based upon stock availability). The winner and his/her guest are responsible for any additional costs, e.g., for food, taxi fares, beverages, etc.
The winner will be determined in a prize draw and will be notified by email. To assert his/her claim to the prize, the winner is requested to send a response within seven days of receiving the notification. If the winner cannot be reached via the contact details provided or if the winner does not respond to the notification within the specified period, he/she will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be drawn from the existing entries. In the event that a participant is disqualified based on the terms of participation, an alternative winner will likewise be drawn from the existing entries. Only one entry is allowed per person. The participants must be of age and must have provided their correct names. FWS employees and customers may not participate in the prize draw. Photos and names of the winners may be published. The judges' decision is final. By participating, the participant agrees that Stetson Europe and all parties involved in these sweepstakes are not liable in the event of any complaints, damages, losses or injuries including third party claims that arise in connection with these sweepstakes, including the participation in the sweepstakes itself and misuse, acceptance and redemption of the prize. Payout of cash is not possible. These sweepstakes are governed by German law. The courts in Cologne, Germany, have jurisdiction in the event of any disputes in relation to these sweepstakes.
