NATURAL TEXTURES FOR SUMMER

For the new summer collection, Stetson introduces selected styles created with fabrics developed in collaboration with Lanificio Bottoli, the Italian textile specialist from Vittorio Veneto. Bottoli’s expertise in natural materials, fabric development and innovative dyeing gives the styles a light, tactile character and subtle depth of color. The result is a refined series of summer-ready pieces with an understated Italian sensibility. Known for its commitment to responsible textile innovation, Bottoli works with natural fibers, undyed materials and circular dyeing processes — including the reuse of coffee grounds as a natural dye source for premium fabrics. In 2026, this approach was highlighted when a coffee-dyed wool fabric by Lanificio Bottoli was selected for the European Textile & Craft Awards trophies. Light, textured and refined, the Stetson x Lanificio Bottoli styles bring Italian fabric expertise into the new summer collection — made for warm days, effortless wear and timeless seasonal style.

Die 90 Jahre alte Moka Express von Bialetti hat die Welt des Kaffees revolutioniert. Mit der limitierten Edition „Stetson x Bialetti Moka Induction 4“ würdigen wir ihren Kultstatus.

Das 1919 gegründete Unternehmen Bialetti etablierte sich rasch als Hersteller hochwertiger Aluminiumprodukte, veränderte jedoch 1933 die Kaffeewelt für immer mit der Erfindung der Moka Express – einer leistungsstarken und pflegeleichten Kaffeekanne. Dieses ikonische Wunderwerk für den Herd revolutionierte den Kaffeegenuss zu Hause durch ein schlankes, kompaktes Design, das ebenso langlebig wie elegant war. Um das legendäre Design der Moka zu würdigen, hat sich Stetson mit Bialetti für die limitierte Edition „Moka Induction 4“ zusammengetan (ein Modell, das dem Design der Express ähnelt, aber sowohl auf herkömmlichen Herden als auch auf Induktionskochfeldern verwendet werden kann).

Die elegante, leichte Kaffeekanne mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 150 ml – ausreichend für vier Espressi oder eine Tasse Kaffee – ist auf 1.000 Stück limitiert. Sie besticht durch schwarze Elemente mit individuell aufgedruckten Logos sowie zwei grafisch gestaltete Flächen, die berühmte Hutmodelle aus der 160-jährigen Geschichte von Stetson zeigen. Die Moka Induction verfügt über eine innovative Zweischicht-Technologie des Kessels (außen Stahl, innen lebensmittelechte Aluminiumlegierung), die für hohe Leistungsfähigkeit sorgt. Der zweischichtige Aufbau garantiert eine Kaffeezubereitung ganz in der Tradition italienischer Kaffeekultur und ermöglicht eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung für die perfekte Nutzung auf allen Induktionskochfeldern.

Als Ausdruck des gemeinsamen Anspruchs beider Marken an handwerkliche Qualität wird die „Stetson x Bialetti Moka Induction 4“ in einer Einzelverpackung samt Echtheitszertifikat geliefert, das bestätigt, dass die originalen Designelemente in Italien angebracht wurden. To mark our 160th anniversary, Stetson continues its long tradition of artistic collaborations – this time with seven extraordinary wooden sculptures byGerman sculptor Johannes Hepp. The “Magnificent Seven” were first unveiled in October 2025 at the Stetson Store Berlin and are now going on a European tour.

The sculptures will be on display in our stores in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and London. Each location offers you the chance to experience the artworks exclusively on site for two weeks before they move on to their next destination.

Each of the seven figures embodies a distinct Stetson lifestyle – from the elegant cowboy and adventurous explorer to the stylish jazz musician or the sporty golfer. Every sculpture wears a hat that perfectly captures its character. Displayed beneath life‑sized Stetson hats, these unique figures become striking personalities that mirror the spirit of our brand.

With chainsaw, chisel, and remarkable precision, Johannes Hepp transforms solid blocks of linden wood into expressive sculptures full of emotion and presence. “Under every real Stetson hat,” says Hepp, “there’s a figure that could truly live that style. The hat becomes their roof — a place of shelter.”

Sculptor Johannes Hepp talks about his craft, his cap of choice and his seven new sculptures that celebrate Stetson’s 160th anniversary

Using a chainsaw, a chisel and other tools, 38-year-old German sculptor Johannes Hepp infuses human emotion into blocks of linden wood—one chip at a time—to create human forms that, while not necessarily photorealistic, appear shockingly lifelike. Now, he’s bringing the Stetson lifestyle to life with this anniversary collection.

What draws you to working with wood?

I love wood as a material because you can work with it relatively quickly and it still has a certain resistance. Also, it’s renewable, I can heat with the leftovers and, of course, it smells very good.

Do you have a favorite wood?

I use different woods such as oak, cherry, cedar or poplar, but for me, the most beautiful to carve is linden wood, which I used for this project with Stetson. Even in the Middle Ages, figures were mostly carved from linden wood. It is beautifully soft, rarely tears and has a very beautiful color. It also has hardly any grain, which I like.

What was your idea behind the seven pieces you created for Stetson’s 160th anniversary?

The idea was to carve a figure that captured the lifestyle of each Stetson hat. Under each real Stetson, there is a small figure that could wear the hat. Also, the hat's size almost turns it into a home, or at least a shelter for the figures. I always see my Stetson hats as a kind of roof. They definitely offer me protection. The figures themselves appear so animated, one half expects them to open their mouths and speak. Perhaps not the cowboy. He looks like the strong, silent type. It is always a challenge to give the figures a soul and something of their own. Sometimes I keep picking them up and working on them until I am satisfied.

You mentioned your Stetson, what’s your preferred hat?

I’m definitely a fan of the trucker cap. I love the quality and the style. Do you wear it in the studio? That’s a pretty big chainsaw over there. [Laughing] Yes, safety glasses and above all my Stetson cap. The visor helps to keep a clear line of sight from all of the falling chips.
